After applying your Sublime Perfection Concealer, use the Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder to blur, illuminate, neutralize skin tone, and set your concealer in place. Dab the Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush on dark areas and spots to brighten. To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Sublime Perfection Concealer and Powder, starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones. Gently blend to a luminous finish.
