To use the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil, follow these steps:

Define: 1. Line your lips with the pencil, using either a nude or coordinating shade and following the natural contours of your pout. 2. For subtle volume, line just outside your natural lip line. 3. To avoid obvious demarcation when using saturated colors, diffuse the edges with a lip brush.

Sculpt: 1. Use a freshly sharpened PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil to outline your desired lip shape. 2. Fill in the outlined area with the pencil and blend with a lip brush. 3. For a sculpted look, fill in the sides of the lips to create the illusion of fullness in the center.

Color: 1. After exfoliating your lips, fill in the entire top and bottom lip with the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil. 2. Diffuse the color with a lip brush.
