Wear Daily and as a Treatment: - Smooth lips with an exfoliant. - Apply Lip Fetish Sheer Colour Balm directly from the bullet for translucent colour and hydration. - If applying as a lipstick base, you can blot to take down the shine or dab on lightly with your fingertip. - As a leave-on treatment, add a second layer for maximum conditioning.

Apply as a Topper: - After applying lipstick, swipe on Lip Fetish Sheer Colour Balm. - Can be mixed with a matte formula to add suppleness and a touch of tinted shine.
