USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

For optimal results, apply the shadows using shadow brushes to contour, accentuate and define your eyes. These shadows can be applied dry for a more subtle look, or wet to intensify the color. Use metallic, sparkle, and duochrome finishes with a brush, or press them onto the center lid or brow bone with a finger. For an instant eye-brightening effect, apply sparkle shadows to the inner corner of the eyes.
